Nanette Rickenbach - Special Litigation and Workout Counsel
She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and in the US District Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico, she holds a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Nanette’s main practice areas include commercial lending and general corporate law. Nanette has been involved in numerous transactions representing local financial institutions with multiple financing transactions such as asset-based and real estate based loans, participated financings and loan workouts and restructurings. She is a member of NARCA, in Washington DC. She is a member of the General Bar. She is founding mother and Executive Vice President of the Jumpstart Coalition in Washington DC for the Puerto Rico chapter.

Jennifer Moraza Almodóvar - Special Litigation Counsel
She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, she holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. Mrs. Moraza-Almodóvar concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial civil litigation and contractual disputes.

He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, he holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and a Master Degree in Anatomy from the Central University of the Caribbean. He has significant experience in administrative forums before multiple agencies and his primary practice area is general civil and commercial litigation. Beside his general civil litigation work, Mr. Figueroa is experienced in collection actions and representing creditors pertaining to unsecured and secured debts for commercial, personal and mortgage loans. As a part of his general litigation work, he has been a defendant's attorney in breach of contract and tort cases, including medical malpractice actions.

He has over 15 years of experience in the labor and employment areas and he has worked in some of Puerto Rico's top law firms including McConnell Valdés, LLC. José’s practice covers counseling and litigation in employment and labor relations, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, drug testing, privacy rights, wage and hour, ERISA, COBRA, benefit claims, employment contracts, agreements, employee manuals and labor aspects of reorganizations and sales, start-up and closing of operations.
