Litigation
We have substantial experience in litigating
disputes arising out of business transactions
and contracts. In addition to breach of
contract, many commercial disputes involve
claims of fraud or other intentional misconduct.
We have experience in a wide range of civil
cases involving commercial torts, including
claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, civil
conspiracy and tortuous interference with
contract. Our job is to effectively manage what
some clients perceive to be the dread of
litigation by becoming their trusted advisors
and assisting them in reaching their business
objectives. We are sensitive to the mounting
costs of litigation; place a high value in

Restructuring and Workouts
Our firm practices in the areas of commercial
and retail debt collection litigation and the
enforcement of creditors rights. We
represent creditors in legal proceedings
regarding foreclosure and workout transactions.
At Rickenbach-Ojeda we use a comprehensive
approach when working the whole workout process.
Our work commences the moment the troubled loan
enters workout’s radar. We work hand in hand
with relationship officers in the review of each
case’s collateral. This knowledge and
understanding allows us to ensure a successful
expedited workout process. Resolution options

offers and legal agreements in an effort to
avoid the need of litigation.
Bankruptcy
Rickenbach-Ojeda’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’
